Today's mortgage rates of PNC Bank July 4 2013PNC is offering its 30 year popular loan at an interest rate of 4.375% today which results in 4.552% APR. In the same genre, 15 year fixed rate mortgage is quoted as 3.375% yielding an APR of 3.617%.  As far as 10 year loan scheme is concerned, PNC decided its interest rate as 3.250% with results in an APR of 3.726%. The finest loan of 20-Year plan is starting at 4.000% with an APR of 4.210%.

The prestigious bank is offering its 10-Year loan adjustable rate mortgage at 3.000% with annual percentage rate of 3.453%. PNC bank is offering its 30-Year refinance mortgage at slightly higher rate and it goes to 4.625% with 4.781% APR. In refinance category, 3.500% rate is fixed for 15-year FRM plan for which the APR comes out to be 3.756%. 10-Year ref loan scheme can be taken at the interest rate of 3.250% and with APR of 3.726%. One of eminent plan of PNC, that is, 20-year refinance fixed rate mortgage is offered at 4.125% and 4.346% APR.

On comparing PNC with the Bank of America and BB&T, it can be seen that for 30-Year loan, the interest rate offered by PNC is pretty much higher than BB&T which is offering 3.750% with APR 3.892 while Bank of America quoting the highest in 30-Year plan with 4.500% interest rate. For 15-Year fixed rate mortgage, BOA quotes 3.750% rates whereas BB&T offers 4.375% interest rates. For 20-Year plan, BB&T is offering a 3.750% rate which is slightly greater than PNC. As far as refinance category is concerned, the rates quoted by BOA and BB&T for 30-Year plan are 4.625% and 3.750% respectively. That is, in this genre, PNC and Bank of America are exactly same. There is pretty much difference between the other rates of these three banks too.
