Today Mortgage Rates at Wells Fargo Bank Friday March 14Wells Fargo has posted improved mortgage rates for its most popular loan products for March 14.The standard 30-year fixed-rate loan is quoted at 4.375% with an APR of 4.460%. 30-year FHA loans are advertised at a lower rate of 4.250% with a higher APR of 5.837%. The 15-year loan is advertised at 3.500% with an APR of 3.647%. The more flexible 5-year adjustable rate mortgage (ARM) is advertised at 3.250% with an APR of 3.001% to start.

Wells Fargo also offers larger conforming loans in eligible areas of the country. A larger 30-year fixed loan is quoted at 4.375% with an APR of 4.417%, while a larger 5-year ARM is advertised at 3.500% with an APR o 3.048%. A larger 30-year FHA loan is advertised at 4.250% with an APR of 5.788%.

Wells Fargo Refinance Rates

The standard 30-year refinance loan is available at Wells Fargo today with a rate of 4.375% and an APR of 4.46%. The best deal on a 30-year FHA loan is 4.25% with an APR of 5.847%. A 30-year jumbo refinance starts at 4.125% with an APR of 4.153%.

Wells Fargo also advertises large refinance loans in eligible areas. A large 30-year refinance mortgage is quoted at 4.375% with an APR of 4.417%, while the larger 30-year FHA refinance is advertised at 4.25% with a higher APR of 5.788%.

The 5/1 adjustable rate mortgage (ARM) refinance is quoted at 3.25% with an APR of 3.001%, while a 5/1 FHA ARM carries an interest rate of 3.25% with an APR of 3.968%. Wells Fargo also offers a 5/1 jumbo refinance ARM with a very low advertised rate of 2.75% and an APR of 2.776%.
