Today’s Mortgage Interest Rates at Bank of America, Wells Fargo and SunTrust (April 18, 2014)

As per the latest mortgage charts published on April 18, 2014, the short term 15 year fixed rate mortgage home loan deals are coming out at an interest rate of 3.300% and an APR yield of 3.5109%. Troubled customers can go for FHA insured 30 year fixed rate home loans at an interest rate of 3.300% and an APR yield of 3.5109% today.

In the flexible home loan section, borrowers can spot the 5 year adjustable rate mortgage deals coming out at a starting interest rate of 3.200% and an APR yield of 3.0908% today.
