Interest rates for mortgage deals are presented today by Wells Fargo including their offer for the popular 30 year fixed rate mortgage. The said rate of 30 year FRM is available today at the bank at 4.500% having in its tail a corresponding annual percentage rate of 4.864%. FHA has theirs at 4.250 with an APR of 5.043%. Looking at the rates of both have both declined, while the 30 year FRM’s APR has increased while the APR of the 30 year FHA had decreased.
Also available from the bank is the shorter deal of 15 year FRM, it is available and can be had at the bank at 3.500% with an equivalent APR of 3.999. The rate today of the 15 year FRM had increased, while the corresponding APR that comes along with it had declined a bit from the quote yesterday.

For those who might want a much shorter and more flexible deal, the 5 year adjustable rate mortgage is available today at Wells Fargo at a rate of 3.250% with a corresponding APR of 3.330%. FHA has theirs at 3.250% with an equivalent APR of 3.043%. In looking at the rates that are made available today in the 5 years category, it can be said that the rates of the 5 year ARM and the 5 year FHA had decreased, although both the rates have increased, the same cannot be said with the APR that comes along with them, since the APR of the 5 year ARM had increased while the FHA’s had decreased.
Wells Fargo’s overall rate cannot be concluded as a whole today if it increased or decreased, although all the rates from the 30 year FRM to the 5 year FRM had all experienced a downfall, in the APR category only the 30 year FHA and the 5 year FHA have decreased, all the other APRs have increased.
