Current mortgage rates of PNC Bank 7-18-2013The interest rates at PNC Bank on 30-year fixed rate mortgages have been published today which stood at 4.375% at an APR of 4.542%. The bank has put forward its interest rates on popular short-term 15-year fixed rate loans to be 3.375% which yields an APR of 3.635%. Looking into the interest rates on 10-year fixed rate loans, the bank has presented its rates to be 3.125% which makes the APR to be 3.499%. In addition to this, the 20-year fixed rate mortgages are being offered at interest rates of 4.000% capitulating an APR of 4.195%.

The benchmark 30-year refinance fixed rate loans can be had at the interest rates of 4.500% today which yields an APR of 4.687%. Having a closer look at interest rates on popular 15-year refinance loans, the bank is offering mortgage rates of 3.500% today at an APR of 3.775%. The best 10-year FRM in the category of refinancing can be had for 3.375% interest rate which capitulates an APR of 3.745%. Talking of the 20-year refinance fixed rate loans, interest rates of 4.125% yielding an APR of 4.332% is available at the bank today.

On comparison of PNC Bank with Bank of America and the Suntrust, it’s quite clear that PNC Bank is offering lowest interest rates on 30-year fixed rate mortgage loans; quoted at 4.375%. While the Bank of America is offering an interest rate of 4.500% on 30-year FRMs, the Suntrust has advertised its interest rates to be 4.490% on the same class of loans. On evaluation of the above three banks, it’s clear that though the interest rates being offered by the three banks do not differ much, yet those quoted by the PNC Bank have been found to be the lowest, listed at 4.375%.
