Current mortgage rates of PNC Bank 8-19-2013The PNC Bank unveiled its interest rates today on the standard 30-year fixed rate mortgage loans which have been listed at 4.625% making the corresponding APR to be 4.762%. In contrast to this, the shorter term popular 15-year fixed rate mortgage loans can be had at the bank today at an interest rate of 3.500% at a corresponding APR of 3.743%. The interest rates on the 30-year and 15-year fixed rate mortgage loans were quoted yesterday at 4.625% and 3.500% respectively. Therefore, the interest rates as well the annual percentage rates have been kept constant by the bank since the last two days.

The still shorter term 10-year fixed rate mortgage loans are being made available by the bank today at an interest rate of 3.250% which yields a subsequent APR of 3.707%. The interest rates as well as the annual percentage rates on this category of loans have been kept the same as yesterday. On the other hand, the best 20-year fixed rate mortgage loans have been quoted today at an interest rate of 4.250% which makes the corresponding APR to be 4.493%. Yet again, neither the interest rates nor the annual percentage rates have witnessed any change as on today.

The interest rates on the 30-year refinance fixed rate loans are on the books at 4.750% which capitulates a corresponding APR of 4.896%. The interest rates on this category of loans have also been found to be the same as yesterday. In addition to this, the interest rates on the 15-year refinance fixed rate loans are coming out today at 3.625% with a corresponding APR of 3.902%. The interest rates on this class of loans have also remained unchanged.

Moving on, the interest rates on the 10-year refinance fixed rate deals stood today at 3.500% corresponding to an APR of 3.872%. Adding more on the information, the 20-year refinance FRM loans can be had for 4.375% yielding an APR of 4.630%. Both the interest rates as well as the APRs on both the classes of loans mentioned above have been found to be stable.
