Today's mortgage rates of Bank of America Wells Fargo and PNC Bank 7-17-13The interest rates on 30-year fixed rate loans as disclosed today at the Bank of America are coming out at 4.625% corresponding to an APR of 4.734%. The 5/1 ARMs for those interested in the total cost of mortgage products can be had at interest rates of 3.875% at an APR of 3.359%. Moving on to the refinance loan options, the 30-year refinance FRMs are being made available by the bank at interest rates of 4.625% capitulating an APR of 4.733%. In contrast to this, the 5/1 refinance ARMs are quoted at 3.625% interest rates giving an APR of 3.228%.

Disclosing its interest rates, Wells Fargo today presented its mortgage rates on 30-year fixed loans to be 4.500% carrying an APR of 4.673%. The much acceptable 15-year FRMs have been listed at interest rates of 3.500% and an APR of 3.795%. The 30-year fixed FHA can be had for 4.375% interest rates yielding an APR of 5.569% today. The 5-year ARMs are available at the bank at mortgage rates of 3.375% making the APR to be 3.208%. For those opting for larger loan amounts, the interest rates on 30-year fixed rate mortgage loans are 4.625% which makes the APR to be 4.755%.

The PNC Bank published its mortgage rates on 30-year fixed loans which are listed at 4.500% which capitulates an APR of 4.657%. The interest rates on 15-year FRMs stood at 3.375% today with an APR of 3.691%. The interest rates on 30-year refinance FRMs are coming out today at 4.625% which yields an APR of 4.781%. On the other hand, the interest rates being offered by the bank on 15-year refinance loans are 3.500% which makes the APR to be 3.831%.

It can be clearly understood from the above data that Bank of America has advertised highest interest rates of 4.625% on 30-year fixed rate loans.
