Today’s Mortgage Interest Rates of Bank of America, Wells Fargo and SunTrust (June 11, 2014)

1.jpgThe Mortgage Bankers Association stated that its seasonally adjusted index of the U.S. mortgage application activity increased 10.3% for the week ending June 6, 2014. The seasonally adjusted index of refinancing home loan applications increased 11%, while the gauge of new home purchase loan applications, which is a leading indicator of home sales, increased about 9.3% last week.

Bank of America

As per the most recent mortgage information released by the Charlotte based mortgage lender Bank of America (NYSE: BAC) on June 11, 2014, the benchmark 30 year fixed rate mortgage home loans are coming out at an interest rate of 4.125% and an annual percentage rate of 4.278%. In the short term lending section, 15 year fixed rate mortgage home loan deals are coming out at an interest rate of 4.000% and an annual return rate of 4.210% this Wednesday. The flexible, 5 year adjustable rate mortgage home loan packages are now coming out at an interest rate of 3.375% and an annual return rate of 3.566% during the starting years of home loan period.

Heading towards the refinancing division, the popular 30 year fixed rate mortgage loans can be seen traded at an interest rate of 4.250% and being backed by an APR yield of 4.372% today. In the relatively shorter lending zone, 15 year refinancing fixed rate mortgage options are up for grabs at a lending price of 4.125% and are backed by an APR yield of 4.304%.  In the flexible lending section, the ideal 5 year refinancing adjustable rate mortgage plans are listed at a starting interest rate of 3.500% and are carrying an annual return rate of 3.652% on the principal amount of loan taken from the bank.

At the major U.S. based mortgage lender Wells Fargo (NYSE: WFC), the 30 year fixed rate mortgage home loans are being traded at an interest rate of 4.500% and an annual return rate of 4.670% on June 11, 2014. The relatively shorter 15 year fixed rate mortgage home loans are being traded at an interest rate of 3.625% and an annual percentage rate of 3.853% this Wednesday.

In the refinancing mortgage section, mortgage shoppers can spot the popular 30 year fixed rate mortgage home loan options being published at an interest rate of 4.250% and an APR yield of 4.335% today. For the seekers of short term and less expensive refinancing deals, 15 year fixed rate mortgage plans are being traded at an interest rate of 3.500% and an APR yield of 3.647% today.

SunTrust

This Wednesday, the benchmark 30 year fixed rate mortgage home loans are now published at an interest rate of 4.375% and are carrying an interest rate of 4.4853% at SunTrust Bank (NYSE: STI). In the short term home financing division, mortgage shoppers can find the 15 year fixed rate mortgage loans being traded at an interest rate of 3.300% and carrying an APR yield of 3.5109% on June 11, 2014.

As far as flexible home loan options are considered, the bank offers its 5 year adjustable rate mortgage home loans at an interest rate of 3.200% and an APR yield of 3.0908% this Wednesday. In the more flexible home loan deal section, 7 year adjustable rate mortgage home loans are coming out at an interest rate of 3.750% and an annual return rate of 3.3954% on the principal amount of home loan taken from the bank.
