The founder of WikiLeaks, Julian Assange, has confirmed again his claims that the Russian government did NOT hack the emails of the Democratic Party campaign. John Podesta’s emails were published by Assange’s controversial website and they contributed to Trump’s victory in presidential elections, but Donald Trump himself doubted the Russian involvement in this incident. According to Assange’s words, Obama only tried to ‘’delegitimize the Trump administration’’.
45 years old activist said in an exclusive interview with FOX News that the Wikileaks’s source wasn’t Russia or any state party. ‘’Can you tell the American people 1,000 percent that you did not get it from Russia or anybody associated with Russia?’’ Sean Hannity, the host, asked Assange. ‘’Yes. We can say, we have said, repeatedly that over the last two months that our source is not the Russian government and it is not a state party’’ he confirmed. ‘’Our publications had wide uptake by the American people, they’re all true. But that’s not the allegation that’s being presented by the Obama White House. So, why such a dramatic response? Well, the reason is obvious. They’re trying to delegitimize the Trump administration as it goes into the White House. They are trying to say that President-elect Trump is not a legitimate President.’’
Assange also explains how Hillary Clinton’s party ‘’made almost no attempt’’ to secure these private emails. ‘’A 14-year-old kid could have hacked Podesta that way!’’ he told Hannity.
Donald Trump, the American president-elect reacted to Assange’s interview writing on his Twitter:
‘’Julian Assange said “a 14-year-old could have hacked Podesta” – why was DNC so careless? Also said Russians did not give him the info!’’

They also called for donations: ‘’Help @WikiLeaks prepare for the showdown: https://shop.wikileaks.org/donate’’
The FOX News host, Sean Hannity wanted to hear the thoughts of the audience, so he published on his Twitter account: ‘’Question of the Day: Who do you believe? Julian Assange or President Obama and Hillary Clinton #Hannity ‘’
He also stated after the interview that he considers every Assange’s word to be true. ‘’Nothing he has published has ever been proven false. Nobody has questioned the veracity or truthfulness of what he’s doing’’ he said, and added: “I believe every word he says, to be perfectly honest”
